About Richard Homawoo

Our work draws on existential–humanistic psychology, ecological systems thinking, and leadership practice to support CEOs, senior executives, and mission-driven organizations navigating complexity. It is informed by doctoral research in existential–humanistic psychology, with a focus on Bronfenbrenner’s Ecological Developmental Theory (EDT) and leadership self-awareness under pressure, alongside leadership experience across organizational, educational, and multicultural contexts. I work with leaders facing uncertain, high-stakes, or human-centered challenges, offering insight, perspective, and structured guidance that help clarify what matters and support sustainable action. This work is available to explore and engage where it feels relevant.
